My BackPack Mobile 1.0.5

My BackPack Mobile offers convenient access to school-related data for parents, students, and faculty members on-the-go. Access is community-based similar to the desktop version, with data security managed through the school's Ascendance applications. Users can log in using their existing My BackPack credentials.

Students and parents have the ability to search the directory, review grades and comments, check assignments, view schedules and attendance records. Parents also have the additional feature of checking account balances. Teachers and staff members can search the directory, view grades and schedules, as well as record daily or class attendance.

For All Users:

• Search the Student/Parent Directory by student or by parent (note that displayed information may be limited based on individual publishing preferences).
• Access contact information for the school.
• Change password for Advantage Mobile/My BackPack (non-LDAP users only).

For Parents:

• View Child Summary information, including available photos.
• Review your child’s marking period grades and comments.
• Access your child’s schedule.
• Review attendance records of your child.
• Check your child’s homework assignments and daily assignment grades (where available).
• Monitor account balances.

For Students:

• Review marking period grades and comments.
• Access your schedule.
• Review attendance records.
• Check homework assignments and daily grades (where available).

For Faculty/Staff:

• View marking period grades and comments for students.
• Access your schedule.
• Record Daily Attendance for homerooms.
• Record Class Attendance for class sections.
